Slow download in Terminal apt update

My download speed in Termial is quite too Slow, it downloaded a 1,600Mb in almost 8 hours…
I cant touch the source.list.d idk why…
Parrot OS is my main OS no other systems.

source.list.d is a folder. You can’t edit folder
slow connection can be our server mirror problem or your internet problem. It is hard to tell

  1. change mirror
  2. sudo anonsurf stop
  3. Check your network maybe there is any block?
    sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/parrot.list
  4. Reboot & try
