Hi,

It still does not work for me even when first doing the parrot-upgrade.

This is now working for me, I had to run parrot-upgrade and then apt autoremove.
@Dev who fixed it, thanks for all the work, and I hope everyone on here didn’t ruin your holiday.

So what should I do now?
When I enter parrotOS, for few seconds I have internet connection and after that it drops. I can have connection only if I boot system with
Kernel Linux 5.14.0-0.bpo.2-amd64 x86_64
I have update this module-kernel version, but on Main ParrotOS, its all the same -nothing…
How to solve this? -by installing fresh installation of OS?
Thanks in advance…

kindly let it be in one place

I think the order is this:
1.- sudo parrot-upgrade
2.- sudo apt autoremove
3.- sudo parrot-upgrade

It worked for me!!!

yup
it should be right!

Hello Everyone,

For me apt autoremove did not solve my updating issue, apt purge realtek-rtl8188eus-dkms did !

I did not work for me.
Maybe i am a moron, but in that case you can for sure point out what error made typing in three commands: 0bin - encrypted pastebin

@diunisu I did the same, do you experience any errors? As Far as i can tell everything running fine.

or just remove that package manually, though however it’s not interrupting the user to use their system, so it’s not actually a ‘major issue’ tbh, but u can ignore or uninstall it, it’s more a kernel issue
