nothing that i know of
(my digitizer chip is slightly chipped and if i bend my screen a certain way, the random spam touching goes away)

Sounds like Onboard (accessibilty features) is turned on check the Display settings and the “startup programs”(top panel>system>preferences>personal) and turn off any magnification or visual accessibility related items. You may have to play around ie guess and check. Might just be the fact that it’s damaged and a 2-1 which linux has issues with…or so I’ve heard.
try f4 or f something on your keyboard i cleaned my keyboard and that happend to me after some tries i type on F something and that disappear, sure that’s not F1 or F2 but thats close after those.
