Sudo apt-get upgrade leeds to error (1)

Briefly describe your issue below:
after installing Parrot OS (Natively) I ran sudo apt-get upgrade, which has ended with an error (below). Last time I couldn’t access the internet anymore afterwards but this time that was the only thing that happened. any help? should I worry about that? should I try again?

KDE x64

What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)
Debian Standard

Configured to multiboot with other systems? (yes / no)

apt upgrade is not a good idea when using a rolling distro!!
Just use

sudo parrot-upgrade

if your system is still working you have to clean it before upgrading.
remove old kernels and autoremove and autoclean system before you try again.
