Hello everyone. -
I have upgraded the system until I couldn’t do it no more  But when I restarted now I can’t open any Terminal it just doesn’t open not a single message anything and also a message is shown “system monitor” has ended. If you reload a object from panel it will be added automatically What can I do without terminal?

What version of Parrot are you running? (include version, edition, and architecture)

What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)

Configured to multiboot with other systems? (yes / no)

Hi!

upgrade or dist-upgrade?

Have you tried these methods:

  • Applications > System tools > MATE Terminal
  • Applications > System tools > XTerm
  • Click on /usr/bin/mate-terminal.wrapper
  • Click on /usr/bin/x-terminal-emulator
  • Open tty on the login page with Ctrl+Alt+F1 or Ctrl+Alt+F2 (

If none of the above work, reinstall will solve the problem

Você, já tentou Alt+F2, esse comando mostra a lista de aplicativos, procura por terminal Root ou terminal do Mate.
Espero ter ajudado !
