System update issues through TOR(Anonsurf, onion routing)

Briefly describe your issue below:
Hello, mates!
I have an issue updating and upgrading system via onion routing(tor-anonsurf, torsocks). Updates through anonsurf were working in the end of 2019. But since approximately march of 2020 it has troubles with access to parrot-repositories trough TOR networks. Looks like there is a block of TOR network users.

my sources.list.d/parrot.list is default
