Unlock Keyring Password

Hi, I have an issue opening an application I installed called terminus. It says that the password used to login to the computer is different from the password for my login keyring. I believe this happened due to fogetting the account password then using sudo passwd account name to change the password with a root terminal.
Do you know how I fix this? the fix i have found on internet says to go to accessories > passwords and encryption and change password but parrot os doesn’t have this. Do you have another place to do so?
Another page on the internet says to use seahorse but would rather use a native parrot os application if possible.

i havent used encryption on the install so can’t change passphase from disks utiility either.

I already had seahorse installed from the Parrot repository. It provides what you seek.
