this is what i got from my sources.list, nothing is changed.
I toke out the (https:// from here) the source is with https:// as the forum doesn’t allow new user to place more then 2 hyperlinks.

Edit your parrot.list changing deb.parrot.sh with archive.parrot.sh or mirror.parrot.sh

in the meantime try to use another mirror. i would upgrade via proxychain or start anonsuft before you upgrade!
