Hello everyone recently re-installed the lasted Parrot OS for my VM so far so good but when it comes to updating its always an issue. I use the right commands to update according to your specifications but always get this problem.

I use:

sudo parrot-upgrade
sudo parrot full-uprade

And no matter what i do even if the lauchers are updated everything else does not seem to be working properly and i want to find out why. Thank you for any updates or help from the experts.

Please use different mirror

What does that mean ?

I dont know what any of this means

I was having update/install errors for about the last 2 months. The default mirror (redirect) isn’t working:

deb https://deb.parrot.sh/parrot/ rolling main contrib non-free
#deb-src https://deb.parrot.sh/parrot/ rolling main contrib non-free
deb https://deb.parrot.sh/parrot/ rolling-security main contrib non-free
#deb-src https://deb.parrot.sh/parrot/ rolling-security main contrib non-free

I started using a mirror in China, then in Italy to get it working.

Here is a list of different mirrors to try. I think all the U.S. ones are broken.
