Hi Y_L:

I did it using java-8-openjdk, instead version 9. And i ran it from root.

$ update-java-aternatives --set java-1.8.0-openjdk-amd64 (if you want to use again versión 9 just change the 8 number for a 9) (Maybe there are better ways to do it, but i think this is the easiest)

$ gksudo vega

Salute!

This is only a warning saying the option has been ignored - so it should not cause any issues.

You can modify a file so that you can ignore the issue I know how to fix it on Windows because I literally had to do this is work recently however I have not fixed it in Debian. You can use the above options which is more sensible however if you really do need version 9 message let us know and I will try find the file for you.

Regards,

Troll.

thanks,a lot

If you dont fing Java 8, the download it from the repo:

vega has not been updated for years, https://github.com/subgraph/Vega
