What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard )

Configured to multiboot with other systems? (no)

you have posted what appears to be the output of ifconfig, which only says that the device exists, and is recognized by the kernel. Please run
lspci |grep Network if the device is on-board or
lsusb |grep Wireless if it is a USB device
and post the output
this will give the actual make and model of your device, so we can help.
