I am using Parrot OS Security MATE 4.1.0 on my pc… But it is not showing wifi option… My wifi adaptor is RTL8723DE. Please help me. I have watched many tutorials but it hasn’t fix it.

I’ve used this card and answered this one (make sure to check search before posting).
Depends which kernel you are running. Assuming 5+ smlinux was the driver last I checked.
However it has reported compile issues with kernel 5.10 (this may be your issue if you tried it). Issue filed for 5.10: https://github.com/smlinux/rtl8723de/issues/87
