When I open a window, in this case “Atom” the top of the window flickers and shows the wallpaper.
It also flickers a photo I have previously opened.
x64 bit Security (include version, edition, and architecture)
Debian Standard (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)

I have had this issue as well, but it turned out to be my nearly dead GPU.
Could this be the case for you?
If not have you tried booting a previous version of Parrot to see if the issue persists?
GRUB menu -> parrot advances -> select a previous version to boot
This can only be done if you have had a previous version of Parrot.
I dont think its my GPU, it really isn’t that old (Its a GTX 970 btw, just in case the problem has to do with certain GPU’s) I might try an older version. It doesn’t happen that often, but when it does it’s kind of a pain. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it : )
