Touchpad problem

Hello everybody, I am new to both Linux and this forum, so any help is appreciated. I am having a problem with my touchpad during the installation process. It works fine when live booting parrot so I'm assuming it isn't a missing driver. Is there a way to enable the touchpad during the install?

Re: Touchpad problem

Do you know the brand and reference`s touchpad?

Maybe you can try:

cat /proc/bus/input/devices

You should see something like:

I: Bus=0011 Vendor=0002 Product=0007 Version=01b1
N: Name="SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad"
P: Phys=isa0060/serio1/input0
S: Sysfs=/devices/platform/i4052/serio1/input/input2
U: Uniq=
H: Handlers=mouse1 event2
B: PROP=5
