Open time/date settings,
select region [some of Russia comes under Europe and some under Asia] then select the nearest city to you in your time zone
then select network time
and close
this is my settings…
if you cannot find your nearest city then use the GMT/UTC time segments to choose how far ahead you are and running the curser in that time bar near yout place of residence will show a city to select
Last time i checked, China didn’t own this city
