Welcome to the forums, I assume you mean desktop, Parrot home interface is based on MATE which is considered a lightweight GUI, if you want something lighter you could install Xfce, LXDE or LXQT, then uninstall [or leave the mate desktop dormant]
Parrot is Linux and as such fully customisable to suit your needs
