anonsurf is completely missing.

A while back my anonsurf icon just disappeared. Without the icon it does not bother me, as I have been toggling it in the CLI, however, it is also missing in the CLI. I ran apt update & upgrade some time ago, and I suspect that is what broke it.

I am running ParrotSec (Linux 5.2.0-2 parrot1-amd64 x86_64

My parrot is running in the latest VirtualBox 6.0.

Any idea how to get it back?

is it under /usr/bin?

if not load it from here:

hope you did the upgrade with

sudo parrot-upgrade

but you should be able to reinstall it with

sudo apt install anonsurf
