Hello, I’m trying to install beef-xss but everytime it gives me this error:

Building dependency tree… Done
Reading state information… Done
Package beef-xss is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package beef-xss has no installation candidate

Trying to install xfce4-screensaver(which is an dependency for parrot-desktop-xfce) gives the same error:

Reading package lists… Done
Building dependency tree… Done
Reading state information… Done
Package xfce4-screensaver is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package ‘xfce4-screensaver’ has no installation candidate

I tried sudo apt update, sudo apt upgrade, sudo apt purge beef-xss but still gives me the same error.

Here is some information that can be useful:

I’m using Parrot OS 6.0

I’m having a similar issue while attempting to install parrot-desktop-xfce. The parrot-desktop-xfce package seems to depend on xfce4-screensaver, but a package with that name cannot be found?

I’ll note that my issue exists within the parrotsec/core:latest docker image pulled today.
