I want to know why after updating Parrot Os from 4.5 to 4.7 version.
The loading logo appears and after that it stays on a black screen and the pointer. The latter remains static.
My Laptop Specification
Dell Inspiron 3458
Core i3 5005u
Intel HD Graphics 5500
4gb RAM
I would like you to help me solve this problem.
hi. sounds like the new kernel makes problems with your hardware. in grub choose to boot with previous kernel (not latest)
Unfortunately I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.
I don’t know if the kernel was recorded on the pc. but I would appreciate your help on this topic
can u try booting with acpi off or any similar failsafe boot like nomodeset
I have the same problem. after install and boot V.4.7 I have black screen (Lenovo G70-80)
stayed on loading screen
