not able to understand plz help

Sound on Linux uses ALSA (Advanced Linux Sound Architecture) underneath, this was the original sound set up, BUT it can/could be problematic in setting up with lots of messing with config files in the early days.

Love it or hate it, Pulse Audio was created as a layer ‘on top’ to help with the set up and configuration of sound on Linux and to try and remove some of that pain.

This means you have to set up Pulse audio to route sound from a sound producing element (could be an application, or an actual physical device like a microphone, could be bluetooth, or a hard wired device with a Jack Plug) into an outpiut device, could be speakers, a recording device, another computer etc…

Windblows with the help of fancy drivers from manufacturers that made the hardware, try and do this automatically for you. With Linux, ‘your in control’, so you need to do some work.

First thing to try is installing pavcontrol;

sudo apt install pavucontrol

That will give you a little control panel that will help with setting up devices.

I linked several sites that deal with ‘how to set up bluetooth’ on Linux.
With Linux you will sometimes have to dig through information to do what you need, and that was why I linked them.

If you want more help, you will need to supply some screenshots or terminal output of what you have tried up to this point to get this working!

still there is no voice in my bluetooth head phones only laptop speakers are working

Have you use PAVU control to configure Pulse to your bluetooth speakers?

https://www.addictivetips.com/ubuntu-linux-tips/manage-audio-devices-on-linux-pavucontrol/

not worked

Does it work with ANY bluetooth devices, i.e. can something connect via bluetooth, file transfer anything, this will confirm the bluetooth driver stack is working (it appears it is because it says your bluetooth devices are connected.)

Did you ensure that your chosen sound output device in pavucontrol was the bluetooth speakers?
Did you check the sound output was the input for the speakers?

This does look like a config issue, but ‘not worked’ isn’t very helpful for someone not sat at your device, not knowing what you have tried already…
