I have An Old Laptop LenovoZ50-70 want To Know If it’s compatible With Parrot OS security edition?? I will Dual Boot with windows 10 for DevSecOps/cyber security learning purposes

Hello Mahmoud,
I have the same laptop as you.
Dualbooting win10 with parrot sec os should not be a problem until you follow all the steps properly. Linux can run on anything.

Parrot rolling is based on debian testing. So Parrot will have any bugs on Debian testing
