cannot view jpg files

I recently installed ParrotOS and tried to install and view a jpg file, but it seems that I can’t. This is what I see every time I view a picture:

I’m currently using ParrotOS 4.11.2

  • Logs/Terminal output (use pastebin or similar services):

  • Screenshots:

You need to check your driver of graphics card
If you use parrot os next to windows os

Maybe I should just know, but what image viewer is that? Gwenview?
What happens if you open a jpeg in your browser, or a website that includes jpegs? What about if you open a jpeg in GIMP? What if you open a JPEG in GIMP and convert it to a PNG? And when you convert it back?
Is this only limited to JPEG format images? I assume yes, since you managed to screenshot that .PNG for us? Can you see this JFIF?
