Could not boot into parrot os after installing win10

Recently i had to install win10 on my laptop which was working on ParrotOs. But after that i was unable.to boot into parrot os. It by passed to grub rescue page. I used a live usb to rescue grub but after that i could not reinstall grub.
"Apt install grub " os not working.

best start from Supergrub 2 boot CD
https://www.supergrubdisk.org/super-grub2-disk/
and select
DETECT BOOT…then choose ParrotOs from the result list.

As Parrot has booted, just set up grub for new like:

grub-mkconfig

grub-install /dev/sda

in order to repair boot entries,
presuming sda (?) is the boot hard drive.
