I thought “Parrot is pro Tor forum how can it be that Tor is being blocked from accessing forum”. But I managed gain access to Parrot Forum with Tor; I was trying intermittently over past few months but couldn’t. All good right now, but just wondering why? There was no Cloudfare error either. I forget what the error message was, I don’t think there was any.
Well not every site is ran by cloud-flare services, Unless a user got an 403 error, or a message saying this IP is restricted or not allowed to access the site, it may not have been a block of an IP range. Welcome back anyways.
