Followed below URL to install Nvidia driver

after successful installation , I ran nvidia-smi
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldnot communicate with the NVIDIA driver.
I ran nvidia-settings
ERROR: NVIDIA driver is not loaded
ERROR: unable to load info from any availble system.
