whenever i use exploitation tools web jacking site clone i always get this msg

That isnt an error, whats the problem?.
nginx servers default root directory is ‘/var/www/html’ so you can copy the clone into there. Or you could change the root directory in nginx's config (/etc/nginx/sites-enabled/default).
