the thing is the yallow_carp files ware not even present in the /lib/firmware/amdgpu folder so i downloaded and putted there but it doesn’t solved problem.

AMD GPU’s are well-supported by the kernel drivers, my first suggestion is from the terminal

Sudo apt-update
then
sudo apt install --fix-missing

An alternative would be to upgrade to the latest kernel

out of box question bro who are you. you are so helpfull !

I am Brian the Brickwizard and very old, I have been a Linux user [not programmer] for over 20 yrs, my speciality if you can call it that is as a hardware man, I have been building and repairing my own computers since my first IBM compatible
I am mainly resident on another general Linux board, but as I use Parrot home on my laptop when away from home, I thought, I should pop in and help if I can.
