how can i access radeon settings panel in my device

i am runnig KDE
Version 4.9.1

What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)

4gb ddr4 ram
1tb hdd
Amd ryzen 5 2500U processor
Amd radeon vega 8 mobile graphics
