I haven’t been able to find if the problems with grub are solved in Parrot 4.9.1.
I know you have had to use a work around in the past. The last I installed grub was version 4.4 and grub would not install during installation.
Is this still a problem that needs a workaround, or does grub install correctly from the flashed USB drive?
