Hard drive full problem after upgrade

i am new user. when update parrot its will gone to ssd full.
i have
hp 450 g3 labtop
ssd 120 gb
ram 4+8gb
how can remove old kernel and files and get my harddisk cleane and fast.

sure, just use:

sudo apt autoremove -y
sudo apt autoclean -y
