HasSum mismatch

Hey guys, I am having problem when running apt update after fresh installation as a vm in virtual box.
I am struggling to find and resolve this error , kindly give the solution for this one !
Main problem arising

1. Hash sum mismatch
2. Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

  NAME=“Parrot OS”
  VERSION_ID=“5.0”

Hello. Try with sudo apt clean and then sudo apt update.

I tried using this but the same error is there !!
