How can I backup my Updated OS not my personal data
I Just Want to Keep Safe My Updated OS for further use

How did you install Parrot? Did you install your system directories into separate partitions or all under one partition?

I myself have only used Timeshift on linux mint back in 2015 when i migrated from windows to linux,Thus it’s completely upto u(the user) if you go ahead and use one.
