How can I recover my Parrot os after shutdown during upgrade to parrot 5

– I need some help guys –
I can’t boot into my parrot os.
I experience a outage and my PC shutdown while I was upgrading from parrot 4 to parrot 5. Actually the package and achrive has been downloaded , it shutdown while unpacking the package.

Bummer. Did you by any chance have a Time Shift backup of your Parrot 4?
