I messed up my bashrc file, and my terminal is not starting

I messed up my bashrc file, and my terminal is not starting up now . Can anyone upload the file?

Or, what should I do now ? please help

What version of Parrot are you running? (include version (e.g. 4.6), edition(e.g. Home//KDE/OVA, etc.), and architecture (currently we only support amd64)
Parrot KDE 4.10

What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)

Configured to multiboot with other systems? (yes / no)Its dualbooted with windows

go to /etc/skel/ copy .bashrc from it into home
In caja, the file manager, you can show the hidden file by Ctrl + H
