Just wondering, as you gave limited info, but did you manually partition the disk?
If installing as UEFI, you need a FAT32 partition at the beginning of the disk of around 500MB for Parrot (or any OS installed for UEFI) and marked as bootable. That is where the /boot directory would be.
Is this on a virtual machine or a real disk?
I imagine this is Parrot Security 4.10?
