When I tried to install a software it always says

Could I please hear how I can resolve this ?

I have this same problem, mine is the second time after installing another vpn proton, after my windscribe failed I had so many issues with installation, updates and upgrade even got missing public key, I still haven’t added the required key in etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d directory yet

Are you sure you’re not connected to the proxy?

Try to look for source.list and define it with official parrot resp. Code & save the source.list then run the update
