Installation of apt itself, stuck

I am running a armhf parrot expermimental multiboot (berryboot) installed on sdcard parrot security os. It doesnt have any additional packages installed. I accidently removed apt itself. After i found it on the debian website i ran it with dpkg. It unpacks but the installs stays at “Setting up apt (1.8.1)” and doesnt move. I have been waiting for over 10hours but still nothing. System not frozen. Can connect with ssh. Any ideas what i should do? already tried cleaning usr/bin/ apt thingy directories.

Fresh system reset and a apt package from debian.org got the installation done.
