I’m not an expert, but what model of Chromebook do you have? Processor? RAM?

Here’s a way to install Kali on Chromebook’s Linux feature if your Chromebook is supported. Maybe you can modify the steps to install Parrot OS.

Generally speaking, installing any Linux to a chromebook is not as easy as a laptop. Some chromebooks it’s a matter of forcing changes via the command line [terminal], some chromebooks you will have to physically change jumpers and settings inside the machine, and some you just can’t install Linux at all.
Please list the FULL make and model number off the manufacturer’s plate [usually found on the base or under the battery, if you have a removable one]
