Recently I installed parrot os on my pc keyboard is miss behaving and try to another key board it is not working both keyboard are working fine another laptop, kindly help me.

I am having an issue with keyboard right on the first boot. I am unable to change its layout.
I downloaded .ova file of parrot linux (not security version) and right on the first boot an issue arose:
I ran both commands listed, here is the output:
