In the very latest update in Parrot os, my laptop is heating so much in 5 to 7 minutes… where as in the previous versions it took time…

The usual suspects have to be ruled out. Ventilation, dust, BIOS update, etc. Sounds like your battery may be on the fritz from too much heating.
No sir, not that issue, I keep my PC clean. I really take care… I think it is something with the OS…
Have you tried any troubleshooting for new or buggy processes/services?
htop
Or (systemctl)…
sudo apt install stacer
