There seem to be a problem with libc6 in parrot, the newest version is 2.35 but Parrots version below 2.34, that causes some shared scripts not running due to the API problem.
I am currently on Parrot OS 5.3 (Electro Ara) x86_64 with kernel 6.1.0-1parrot1-amd64.
Are we expecting newer kernel to solve the issue?
There is Debian kernel 6.5, is that something it can be installed to fix the issue?

Head developer Palinuro had an ad in this community regarding hiring a package maintainer a few months ago.
The move from 4.11 to 5.x along with switching Parrot from a rolling release to LTS status has had some hiccups, mainly with package versions IMO. But I have no inside view on when libc6 will be updated or if it’s safe installing an upstream kernel. I have seen traces of a future Parrot 6 being down the pipeline.
