Yes, but you should try version 4.6 because i had issues with the 4.7 image. After the installation execute sudo parrot-upgrade and wait until its finished. When the upgrade is finished reboot the system and set everything up. You need qBittorrent if you want to download Parrot 4.6. Here is the Link .Try Live boot before the installation and try if everything is working fine
