Need help. Another os are mountig at the same time with my os(?)

Hello eberybody, I’m a noob and began to use linux for a few weeks ago and i dont understand it clearly, but it looks like another os are mounted at the same time with my os, and its adding another user at the same time with me? What can i do to defend know and prevent this in future. Help me please.
