Hello! New Parrot user here!
I have been attempting to find Linux distributions that I can Install Nvidia 340.xx drivers on.
SO far I have had success with Debian following this guide:

I have also had success with Ubuntu and Xubuntu with this ppa:
Knowing that it is possible (at least somewhat) is there a way for me to install 340.xx here?

I have actually tried the Debian method but I immediately fail at using aptitude.
aptitude -Ry install xserver-xorg-video-fbdev xserver-xorg-input-libinput rxvt-unicode xorg dbus dbus-x11
I also tried
sudo apt-get install aptitude
E: Package ‘aptitude’ has no installation candidate
I tried this as well:
sudo apt install xserver-xorg-video-fbdev xserver-xorg-input-libinput rxvt-unicode xorg dbus dbus-x11
any tips?

The supplied link(s) instructions do not work. Installing via the normal method only installs the latest 470xx driver. It does not work with the needed 340xx driver.
Installing the .run file from Nvidia also fails:
