Network establish issue

Hello everyone , im new here but also very very happy to be in this community!!

So i downloaded parrot security ver 4.9.1 (virtualBox)
And i really don’t know how to establish internet in my parrot os and i have tried the nano method where you add nameserver 8.8.8.8 and …8.4 and then had an error when i gave the command service network.manager restart.

The error showed : Failed to restart network.manager .service: Unit network.manager.service not found

Can anyone help me?
