i don’t have audio in hp spectra !
This fix worked for me so worth a shot I guess
From terminal run the below commands to change their values:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=“quiet splash”
to:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=“quiet splash snd_hda_intel.dmic_detect=0”
from: /etc/default/grub
then: sudo update-grub

So far you’ve told us you have no audio, and partially what laptop your using?
You have not yet…
Given us any info of what steps you have already taken to try and fix it youself.
Told us what devices are inside said laptop, or more importantly, which chipsets they use.
Asking ‘any fix’ a couple of days later with no informatrion is asking the impossible…
