No sound after installing Parrot OS sec

Hi to all good people.
I have just installed parrot os on my hp omen laptop, and everything seems right, I cann see the volume control but when I play a video no sound. can you please help.

I get that on some of my Parrot Laptops I’ve installed on…

Have you tried using alsamixer, pressing, “F6” to select the sound card and raising the volume on the “Master” and “PCM”?
