Does anyone know the cause of this? Is it not recognizing my SSD?

  • ParrotOS iso in use: parrot-home-6.0_amd64

  • Application used for flashing the iso: balenaEtcher

Also to note, on the boot menu it shows two USB drives, though only one is connected, and it will not allow me to navigate to the partition section of the installer.

Hello! It’s not the first time we see this error. Did you try checking any error logs that Calamares could show [root tip] [How To] Troubleshoot Calamares installer errors - Tutorials - Manjaro Linux Forum
Or I think you can choose easier way using Parrot in a VM?
