Nvidia Cuda Dev Deb package error

Hey, just wanted to ask if the Nvidia-cuda-dev 11.1.1-2.deb can be reuploaded?
When trying to update from apt it fails around 500mb everytime.

I tried downloading the deb package straight from the mirror through my browser, but again it just fails around 500mb…
