—.First i paired my bluetooth neckband with system and after that i have connected it to the system. i allowed the access for both connection and for remote access even after that sound is not responding in bluetoothneck band.

Even i have the same issue, able to connect to Bluetooth audio device but no sound from it. When played an audio/video clip It just uses the inbuilt laptop speaker as an output and not the Bluetoothaudiodevice …Hopefully some have the fix.

I have an issue with a bluetooth speaker too.
I installed the bleutooth speaker with the assistant.
But it’s not possible too play sound and after that when I tried to connect with the speaker (JBL charge) I got an error : “Protocol not available”.
